Its rails are IF hardened, providing the necessary rigidity and strength crucial for tool accuracy. A weight reduction mechanism above the rails eases tool carriage movement, while PTFE wear-resistant soft belts with low friction coefficients line the contact surfaces between beams and columns, significantly prolonging machine lifespan. The front beam is vertically oriented, enabling vertical motion within the column structure.
